China and the new network, April 23 (Xinhua), according to foreign media reports, Afghan officials said, the extreme organization of "Islamic state" a suicide bomber 22 in the capital Kabul voter registration center detonated a bomb, killing 57 people were killed and 119 others were injured.

It is reported that Afghanistan is scheduled to hold a parliamentary election in October 20th, regarded as a preview of the presidential election next year, which highlights the preelection security situation.

Kabul police chief said, "the location of the incident is at the door of voter registration center. This is a suicide attack. " The extremist organization of the "Islamic state" has claimed responsibility.

Reported that this is the most serious attack in Kabul since January. An attack at the beginning of the year was caused by an ambulance carrying a bomb, killing about 100 people.

Interior Ministry spokesman Dai Ni Shi said: "the dead are civilians, including women and children." In the hospital where the injured were treated, the families of the victims criticized the government for failing to protect the safety of the family members. They said, "no one will vote."

The president of Afghanistan, Ghani, faces heavy pressure from international partners to ensure a parliamentary election this year and then to hold a presidential election in 2019, but it is widely questioned whether the election will go smoothly.

The 22 - day attack took place in the Dasht-e-Barchi in the Western District of Kabul, where the explosion destroyed some vehicles and shattered the glass windows of the nearby buildings.
